Information

All Katie Bakes mixes, contain the highest quality ingredients including British flour and no artificial colours or flavourings. Just add melted butter (or dairy free alternative) to make delicious delicious biscuits. Full baking instructions are included.  Then get creative using the icing. This kit is also suitable for vegans.

Rich Shortbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Sugar

White Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Rice Starch, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Maltodextrin, Gelling Agent (Pectin),Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Pink Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Colours (Carmine, Titanium Dioxide), Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Pectin)

NOTE: Whilst the mixes do not contain nuts, they are produced in an environment which handles nuts.

The party bag boxes are made from recycled cardboard with a ribbon decoration. The mixes are packaged in fully compostable bags.
