Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookie Mix Eco-Pouch

Filled with Belgian white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries, this mix is sure to bring you delight.



A fun and foolproof baking mix which guarantees delicious results.  This cookie baking mix makes tasty cookies filled with Belgian white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries, and is packaged in a biodegradable Kraft paper Eco-pouch.

Just add: 1 egg & 90g butter

Pouch size: 415g

Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies

Instructions: Line a baking tray.  Pour the contents of the pouch into a mixing bowl.  Add 1 medium beaten egg and 90g melted butter.  Mix together well and drop heaped teaspoons of mixture onto the baking trays and bake at 200oC (fan 180oC/gas 6) for 10 mins or until golden.  Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking trays for 2-3 mins before transferring to a cooling rack.

Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.


Wheat Flour (wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), brown sugar, white chocolate chunks (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla), sweetened dried cranberries (cranberries 61%, sugar, sunflower oil), baking powder (wheat flour, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, rice flour).


Note: This mix does not contain nuts but has been produced in an environment which handles nuts.
