This mix is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and each mix contains plenty for 4 delicious servings (approx 12 pancakes)

You can be enjoying warm fluffy pancakes in less than 5 minutes – all you need to add to our pancake mix is add some milk, soya milk or plant-based alternative and give it a whisk. You don’t even need to add an egg!  They then only take a minute or two to cook – just enough time to grab your fluffy socks and dance around your kitchen.

Add a vegan friendly and gluten free bottle of Canadian maple syrup to add to your freshly baked pancakes.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour (calcium, Niacin, Iron and Thiamin), Caster Sugar, Baking Powder [Raising Agents Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Sulphate], Egg Replacer [potato starch, tapioca starch], Bicarbonate of Soda [Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate], Salt.

Serves 4 – 200g – makes approx 12 pancakes.
