A real bargain, this short shelf life foolproof gingerbread baking mix contains all the dry ingredients you need to make approx 12 delicious gingerbread biscuits using a standard size cutter.

The gingerbread baking mix is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as it does not contain or require the addition of egg and it can be made with a dairy free alternative to butter.

A fun activity for everyone, and is great for those rainy days when you’re stuck indoors.

The best before date of the mix is end October 2023 however this is based on the bb date of the ginger in the mix.  All other ingredients have a longer shelf life.  Please note that the mix can be made and then frozen for using at a later date.
