Each one is blended by hand, and contains the highest quality ingredients including British flour and Belgian chocolate and no artificial colours or flavourings. The mixes make approx 10-12 cookies, enough to share!

Each mix just requires the addition of melted butter (or dairy free alternative, in the case of the Shortbread mix so it is suitable for vegans) to make delicious cookies. Full baking instructions are included.

A gluten free shortbread mix is available on request.

The label on the biscuit mix box can be personalised with any short message you wish. Please enter your message in the relevant box when placing your order.

Rich Shortbread Mix Ingredients:  flour (wheat), sugar

Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Ingredients: Flour (wheat), sugar, cocoa, Belgian white chocolate chunks (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla) , cocoa powder.

Hot Chocolate Spoon with Marshmallows: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), mini marshmallows (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, maize starch, flavouring, colours (E100, E120)).

None of the mixes contain nuts but they are produced in an environment which handles nuts.
