Description

This fun Spring themed Gingerbread baking box contains everything you need to make and decorate delicious gingerbread bunnies all beautifully wrapped in yellow tissue paper.  A lovely gift or fun Spring activity, this foolproof kit is perfect to anyone of any age and is letterbox friendly.

The kit includes:

  • Foolproof Gingerbread mix
  • Bunny cookie cutter
  • 2 x tubes of icing (pink and white)
  • 1x sachet of golden syrup

The mix makes approx. 12 gingerbread bunnies and all that is needed is melted butter (or dairy free alternative) and golden syrup.

Gingerbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat, sugar, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch, Raising agent: calcium carbonate, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): Methylcellulose.

White Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Rice Starch, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Maltodextrin, Gelling Agent (Pectin),Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Pink icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Colours (Carmine, Titanium Dioxide), Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Pectin)
