A fun and unique, personalised gift for any beer lover and a great little gift for a student heading off to university.   Made with the highest quality ingredients, this simple baking mix, makes baking scrumptious beer cookies at home.  All you need to do is add your favourite beer and some butter.

This chocolate based mix is packed with Belgian dark chocolate chunks and rich earthy cocoa, which perfectly compliments the flavour of beer, resulting in delicious cookies.   Why not give as a gift, with a bottle of beer, as after making the cookies there will be plenty of beer left over to enjoy!

We’ve packaged the cookie mix in eco-friendly biodegradable pouch to emphasise our commitment to the environment. This means you get the best of both worlds in terms of taste and sustainability.  The label can also be personlised with your own special short message or a name.  Any message will be added to the top of the label.  If providing your own message, please supply all the wording you would like us to enter, but please be aware space is limited.

To make the cookies, just add your favourite beer and a little melted butter (or butter substitute) to the foolproof cookie mix to make approx. 10-12 delicious rich dark chocolate chip beer cookies.

We also offer the option the option to have the mix wrapped in tissue paper, in a kraft box tied with raffia and a gift tag.  Perfect for sending directly as a Father’s Day gift.

The cookie mix is suitable for Vegans, if made with a dairy free butter substitute.

Ingredients

Self raising flour (Wheat flour, Raising agents: Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Calcium, Niacin Iron, Thiamin), Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, soya lectin, natural vanilla flavouring), Brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), Caster sugar, Cocoa Powder, salt.

All our mixes are made with the finest quality ingredients and contain Belgian chocolate and no artificial colours or flavourings.

Does not contain nuts but made in an environment where nuts are handled.

Mix does not contain eggs.
