Savour the taste of autumn in every bite, with our gourmet Toffee Apple Pancake Mix.   This pancake mix is packed with real apple pieces and salted caramel fudge chunks, perfect for a cozy cozy, seasonal breakfast treat or autumnal dessert of tasty fluffy pancakes.

All you need to add to the mix is one egg and some milk (or buttermilk), give it a whisk and then they only take a minute or two to cook up a stack of approx. 12 American Style Pancakes, which will serve up to 4 people.

Make your pancakes even more perfect by adding a miniature, 40ml, bottle of award winning “Pure Maple” syrup.  Alternatively, you can add a large (330ml) bottle of pure Canadian maple syrup to elevate you breakfasts even further.

You also have the option to have the pancake mix gift wrapped in a lined kraft box with raffia ribbon and a lovely gift tag or gift card for the extra special touch.  Ideally if you are sending directly to the recipient.

Wheat Flour (calcium, Niacin, Iron and Thiamin), Salted Caramel fudge (sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed sweetened condensed milk, partly hydrogenated palm kernal oil, Fondant (sugar, glucose sugar), sea salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, flavouring. Dried Apples, Caster Sugar, Baking Powder [Raising Agents Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Sulphate], Bicarbonate of Soda [Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate], Salt.
