Containing everything you need to make and decorate delicious gingerbread people, this gingerbread gift box baking kit, is the perfect gift for anyone, of any age, who loves to bake.

The kit includes:

• Foolproof Gingerbread mix
• Gingerbread person cookie cutter
• Tube of green icing
• Coloured confetti biscuit decorations
• Wooden spoon

The mix makes approx. 12 gingerbread people and all that is needed is melted butter and golden syrup.

Gingerbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat, sugar, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch, Raising agent: calcium carbonate, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): Methylcellulose.

Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Concentrates (Spirulina, Apple), Colours (Curcumin), Potato Starch, Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (All Palm oil ingredients are RSPO certified)

Rainbow Nerds Decorations: Dextrose, Sugar, Acid (Malic Acid), Glucose Syrup, Plant and Vegetable Concentrates (Black Carrot, Spirulina, Radish), Thickener (Gum Arabic), Glazing Agent (Carnauba Wax), Flavourings, Colour (Curcumin).
