This fun Christmas Gingerbread baking kit contains contains everything you need to make and decorate delicious gingerbread reindeer faces.  A lovely gift or fun Christmas activity, this foolproof kit is perfect to anyone of any age.

The kit includes:

  • Foolproof Gingerbread mix
  • Gingerbread cookie cutter
  • 3 x tubes of icing (red, black and white)
  • Wooden spoon
  • Instuction card

The mix makes approx. 12 gingerbread reindeer faces and all that is needed is melted butter (or dairy free alternative) and golden syrup.

Gingerbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat, sugar, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch, Raising agent: calcium carbonate, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): Methylcellulose.

White Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Rice Starch, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Maltodextrin, Gelling Agent (Pectin),Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Red Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Rice Starch, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Pectin), Colours (Anthocyanin, Carotenes), Flavouring.

Black Icing ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Rice Starch, Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Colour (Vegetable Carbon), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Pectin)
