This refined cookie mix has delicious White Belgian Chocolate chunks and dried cranberries.
Just add: 1 egg & 90g butter
Jar size: 0.5 litre
Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies
Instructions: Line a baking tray. Pour the contents of the jar into a mixing bowl. Add 1 medium beaten egg and 90g melted butter. Mix together well and drop heaped teaspoons of mixture onto the baking trays and bake at 200oC (fan 180oC) for 10 mins or until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking trays for 2-3 mins before transferring to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for 2 days or freeze for one month.
Note: This mix does not contain nuts but has been produced in an environment which handles nuts.
