Just add: 1 egg & 85g butter
Jar size: 0.5 litre
Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies
Instructions: Pour the contents into a mixing bow and stir well. Add 1 medium beaten egg and 85g melted butter. Beat together by hand until blended. Drop tablespoons of mixture on to a baking sheet and bake at 180oC/fan 160oC/gas 4 for 13-15 mins. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 1 min before transferring to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.
