The mix is beautifully presented in a compostable eco-friendly kraft pouch, with a hand tied ribbon decoration. We also offer the option of having the mix gift wrapped in tissue paper and a lined kraft box, tied with raffia and a gift tag. Perfect for sending directly as a gift.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat, raising agents – Mono Calcium Phosphate and Sodium Carbonate. Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Brown Sugar (sugar and cane molasses), Smarties® (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Wheat Flour, Lactose and Proteins from Whey (from Milk), Butterfat (from Milk), Rice Starch, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Fruit and Vegetable Concentrates (Safflower, Radish, Black Carrot, Lemon, Hibiscus), Spirulina Concentrate, Orange Oil, Glazing Agents (Carnauba Wax, Beeswax White), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Invert Sugar Syrup), cocoa powder.
Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.

Pouch size: 23cm x 16cm x 4cm
Just add: 1 egg & 85g butter
Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies
Instructions: Pour the contents of the pouch into a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg and 85g melted butter. Mix together by hand until blended. Take a dessert spoon of mixture, roll into a ball and flatten slightly. Put on to a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining mixture. Bake at 180oC/fan 160oC/gas 4 for 12-15 mins or until just firm on top (they will harden as they cool). Gently transfer to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.

Perhaps might have been helpful to specify which size egg as used medium & had to add more butter to bind. So maybe if it was a large egg might not have needed to add more butter? Other than that tasted nice 🙂
